Soil developed on basalt; dark brown (10YR 3/3); heavy clay; weak, fine granular and subangular blocky; friable; deep; somewhat excessively drained; occur on undulating to steep terrain; cation exchange capacity <5 cmol(+) per kg soil; low base saturation; oxic diagnostic horizon.
