Soil developed on acid sulfate marine clay soil; grayish brown (10YR 5/2); common jarosite mottles (2.5Y 6/6); pH < 3.5 within 0-50 cm; clay to heavy clay; moderate, medium to coarse angular blocky; sticky; shallow; imperfect drained; occurs on flat terrain; cation exchange capacity 20-25 cmol(+) per kg soil; low base saturation; sulfuric diagnostic horizon.

Occurrence

Common soils occur in West-Coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
